Breakfast came late today but worth every bite!!! Left over salsa in the eggs with cheese. Served on salad greens, fresh avacado and some corn chips for fun! Continue reading for salsa receipe!
Salsa Receipe (the easy version....you will have to ask for the harder one!)
1. 1 Large can of diced tomatoes.
2. A handful of cilantro.
3. Half of one red (or any) onion.
4. 1tsp of chili powder, 1tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of (smoked if you have it) paparika.
5. The juice of half a lime
6. Salt to taste.
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend for about 10 seconds then hit the pulse button a few time until it is very small chunky salsa. Taste to see if you like it....add some more spice or heat (a little sambal always works). Serve and enjoy!!!!
